Is home care covered by Medicaid?

Yes. Love Plus accepts all NC Medicaid Managed Care plans (Healthy Blue, AmeriHealth Caritas, WellCare, Carolina Complete, UnitedHealthcare) as well as Medicaid Direct (. We also accept private pay and veteran benefits through AVCC.

How do I know if I or my loved one qualifies for services?

Call us at 252-652-1973. Our team will guide you through the eligibility process, authorizations, and enrollment. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Do you provide clinical or nursing care?

No. Love Plus provides non-clinical personal care services such as companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. If you need skilled nursing, we can help connect you to local resources.

Do you serve veterans?

Yes. Through our partnership with American Veterans Care Connection (AVCC), veterans and their families may qualify for personal care services funded by Medicaid or veteran benefits.
