What services does Love Plus provide?
Love Plus Home Healthcare provides compassionate home and community-based support services designed to promote independence, dignity, wellness, and quality of life. Our services include:

Are services offered covered by Medicaid?
Yes. Some Love Plus services may be covered through NC Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, Medicaid Direct, CAP/DA, or other approved funding sources. Coverage depends on the service, eligibility, authorization, and service area. We also accept private pay and veteran-related benefits through AVCC.
How do I know if I or my loved one qualifies for services?
Call us at 252-652-1973. Our team will help guide you through the eligibility, referral, authorization, and enrollment process for Personal Care, CAP/DA, Behavioral Health, or Veteran-related services.
What is the difference between Personal Care Services and Behavioral Health Services?
Personal Care Services primarily focus on assisting individuals with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and maintaining safety within the home.
Behavioral Health Services focus on helping eligible individuals build independent living skills, improve emotional wellness, increase community integration, strengthen social and coping skills, and work toward goals identified in their person-centered plan.
What is CAP/DA?
The Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA) is a Medicaid waiver program that helps eligible individuals receive support services in their homes and communities as an alternative to institutional placement.
Do you provide services for children?
Some services may be available for eligible children depending on the program, authorization, assessed needs, and service availability. Please contact our office to discuss eligibility and available service options.Do you provide clinical or nursing care?
No. Love Plus provides non-clinical home care and community-based support services, including Personal Care, CAP/DA Attendant Care, CAP/DA Respite, Behavioral Health support services, and Veteran-related care connection services. We do not provide skilled nursing care at this time.
Do you serve veterans?
Yes. Through our partnership with American Veterans Care Connection (AVCC), veterans and their families may qualify for personal care services in-home support services. Our team can help you through the procecss.
What areas do you serve?
Love Plus proudly provides Personal Care and CAP/DA services in Pitt County and surrounding areas, including Lenoir, Beaufort, Nash, Edgecombe, Wilson, Wayne, Craven, and Greene.
Behavioral Health Services are available within designated service counties, including Wake, Durham, Mecklenburg, Johnston, Cumberland, and Orange counties.
How do I make a referral?
