Love Plus Home Healthcare was born from love, specifically the love my mother, Charleste Peters-Vines, poured into everyone she met. She had a heart for people and lived out her faith daily by showing love, compassion, giving freely, and never judging. Her life was a testimony of what it means to see people, to care for them deeply, and to love them where they are through the love of Christ. Her legacy is the heartbeat of this agency.

Hello, my name is Tina Vines, and I am the Agency Director and proud owner of Love Plus Home Healthcare. Love Plus was created in memory of my mother, Charleste Peters-Vines, whose legacy of love continues to guide everything we do. She had a heart for people, and because of her example, I carry that same heart into this work.
For many years, I worked with children, pouring into them with care and encouragement. In 2021, when I entered healthcare, my heart was broken all over again as I witnessed how often our elders are overlooked and forgotten. As I continued working in healthcare, education, and within the community, I also began to see the growing need for behavioral health support services for children, families, and individuals facing emotional, developmental, and mental health challenges. That experience further strengthened my calling to create an agency where people feel seen, supported, respected, and genuinely cared for.
At Love Plus, we don’t just provide services; we build relationships. My mission is to ensure that each person entrusted to our care feels valued personally, genuinely, and spiritually. Through compassion, dignity, and faith, I am committed to continuing my mother’s legacy of love, one individual at a time.
